Mr. Cleveland is the founding partner of Pacific General Builders. He has over 20 years experience owning and operating as a General Contractor.
Kevon Ellis- General Manager
Mr.Ellis has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. Kevon ran the West Sound BOSC IDIQ program for a local 8A contractor from 2012-2015. His knowledge of the west sound bases and operations is unlimited.
